REAS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)
Receptionist/Admin Assistant Band 2
Working Pattern: 22.2 hours per week
Weds 09.20-5pm, Thurs and Fri 09.00-5pm
(Working days/hours non-negotiable due to service needs)
Location: Musselburgh Primary Care Centre, Inveresk Road, Musselburgh, East Lothian.
A vacancy has arisen within our CAMHS East Lothian Team for a part time Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
You will support the day to day running of the service and provide a high quality of administration to patients/families and the multidisciplinary sector team and other users of the Service.
We are looking for an individual who can work in a busy and fast paced environment. You will be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
You will be expected to communicate effectively with patients/families, clinicians, professionals and other staff. Good verbal and written skills are essential.
It is desirable that applicants possess administration experience within NHS or a similar busy administration environment but not essential.
