This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who has significant experience working in education, career development and employability. You will be joining the Corporate Education Department and leading a team of education practitioners.

This role will support the delivery of a wide and diverse portfolio of education and learning and development workstreams that seek to improve employability, workforce recruitment and development. The role will impact positively on the organisations aspiration to be an anchor institution and ultimately impact positively on the health and wellbeing of our local population via positive employment.

You will have a track record in leading teams and delivering successful education programmes, projects and strategies. Evidence of supporting organisational change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve result is key for this role.
