Start date for this post is August 2025.

Applications are invited for a whole time post of Consultant in Paediatric Respiratory Medicine. The main focus of the post will be to help develop the sleep and ventilation service, although we are keen to match the role with the skill set of the applicant. In addition there will be opportunities to support the increasing workload and service development within the Respiratory department based at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow with a commitment to support wider clinical services within the hospital, the West of Scotland clinical respiratory network and national services covering the whole of Scotland.

The appointee will work with the current multi-disciplinary team within the well-established regional and national networks. Opportunity for the development of an individual candidate’s special interests including research will be strongly encouraged within the service.
