The Post:
The M365 team are seeking to recruit a technical specialist to provide support and resolution of complex 3rd line M365 support tickets across NHS Scotland.

The postholder will also engage with boards and various governance groups, providing technical consultancy and advice for nationally supported M365 products, other products supported are Mail relay and SMS services.

In addition to BAU operations, there may also be a requirement to provide technical support enabling the transformation roadmap deliverables.

This is a secondment opportunity for existing NHS staff, temporary funding for FY 2025-2026

The Candidate:
Applications are invited from individuals who have experience in providing technical support for applications and digital platforms. The candidate should have significant experience of supporting M365 products and resolving complex technical issues.

Experience of providing technical support at national level across NHS Scotland would be ideal but not essential.

Strong customer focus and communication skills are required as well as the technical aptitude.

Location and Working Pattern:
Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow.

Currently hybrid working

Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
