This is an exciting time to join as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in East Renfrewshire CAMHS, to join the current 0.5wte Consultant. The post holder will be part of the leadership team for the multidisciplinary service that includes a range of Psychology posts at different grades. The wider team is made up of multi-disciplinary staff.

The post holder would be expected to lead on the delivery and governance of psychological therapies in the service and to work with other senior clinicians and the Service Manager to manage waiting times and deliver a high-quality clinical service in line with Scottish Government Local Delivery Plan waiting times. You will also be expected to routinely contribute to neurodevelopmental services.

We would welcome applications from Clinical Psychologists with experience of service delivery and management and of working with complex cases, particularly in a Tier 3 CAMHS service.

Glasgow is an exciting and vibrant city to work in. Host to previous Commonwealth Games, COP26 Conference and World Cycling Championships, there are a huge variety of things to see and do. Rapidly expanding cycle networks, world class restaurants and buzzing night life are just a few of the things you can expect, not to mention some of the most beautiful scenery in the world barely half an hour away in Loch Lomond National Park.
