The shift pattern for this position is full time hours (37) – 12hr rotational shift pattern.

Exciting opportunity has arisen for Staff Nurses to join our Stroke Rehabilitation Team at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Wards 56 is 30-bedded wards which specializes in recovery - post stroke. The Nursing Team assist in managing the physical, emotional and social effects of a stroke. We are looking for forward thinking individuals to join a team of established Nurses, therapist, clinicians. Applicants for this role will have a keen interest in caring for acutely unwell patients, combined with developing services within stroke. You will be joining a well-motivated and dynamic multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care possible be part of a forward thinking ward and committed to team working for the benefits of patients. You will contribute to the provision of specialist nursing care for stroke patients, practicing within the multi-disciplinary team and providing high quality and individualized care to our patients who have been diagnosed with a stroke. We strive for clinical personal development with career development opportunities. You will be fully supported by SCN and Practice Educator to tailor learning opportunities to your needs with in the ward. You should be enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated with a real interest in this specialty. We are looking for good team players with excellent written and oral communicators.
