OFFICE JUNIOR – 35 HOURS PER WEEK

FIXED TERM - 10 MONTH CONTRACT


Kingswells Medical Practiced is seeking to recruit an Office Junior. Normal working hours will be 8am – 3.30pm (with half an hour unpaid lunch break) Monday – Friday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable individual with excellent communication skills. A competent understanding of confidentiality and computer skills is necessary.

Examination qualifications at National 5 at Grade B and above in English.

Full training will be given.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Processing of patient prescriptions
  • Dealing with Emails
  • Electronic filing to patient records
  • New patient registrations
  • Communicating with all members of the Healthcare Team
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
