A vacancy has arisen within the AHP Administration Team for a full time Receptionist/Clerical Officer, who will be prodomintely based at Aberdeen Health Village (office based postion).

The AHP Administration Team is a large, city wide team, providing clerical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professions, including: Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech & Language Therapy.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working closely with the general public. As part of a fast paced team, you will be required to adapt to an ever changing environment and must possess the abilities to cope with change, prioritisation of workload and time pressures, with ease.

In addition, applicants should have good keyboard skills and be confident in their use of IT systems. Experience of PMS (Patient Management System) is advantageous, however not essential, as training will be provided.
