Location: Either Glasgow or South Queensferry

We are seeking a dynamic, inspirational, and experienced manager who will be responsible to the General Manager for the management of National Ambulance Control Centres.

The role has the oversight and responsibility for the operation of ACC, meeting performance targets on service delivery whilst ensuring the wellbeing of staff. You must be capable of working on your own initiative and have experience of managing multidisciplinary teams. You will have exceptional personnel management skills and be able to lead and inspire those within your team.

As a key member of the ACC Senior Leadership Team, you should possess significant experience at middle or senior management levels within a similar organisation and have a proven track record of success, sound judgement and decision making. In addition to this, you will also need a proven track record of performance delivery and evidence of exceptional people management skills and partnership working. Strong communications and interpersonal skills are essential.

The base location for this post will be Edinburgh or Glasgow, agreed with the successful candidate.
