*If appointed to the Student Pharmacy Technician role, the post will be offered under the terms of Annex 21, Agenda for Change, Arrangements for pay and banding of trainees to allow you to successfully complete the training required. Annex 21 1st Year - 70% of band 4 2nd Year - 75% of band 4 As this post is a training post and you are offered the post under Annex 21 of the Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions. You will be paid a % of the Pay Band x Maximum Point. Once you have achieved all relevant qualifications and competencies you will move to Band 4. The % will be determined by your training requirements and expected duration to complete both the qualifications and competencies, which will be agreed and communicated in writing by your Line Manager. |
