An organised individual is required to provide comprehensive reception, administrative and secretarial support within Cardenden Health Centre for a range of healthcare professionals.

You will be responsible for maintaining 1,400 school health records and work closely with the School Nurses. You will also provide secretarial support to the Community Paediatrician and as required.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is proficient in Tiara, Microsoft Office and Winscribe / audio typing. You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team.

You should be educated to standard grade and have previous Administration / Secretarial experience. You will also be required to prioritise and deal with the day-to-day workload within a busy environment without direct supervision.

The ability to travel throughout the West Fife area will be required for training and staff cover purposes.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
