- significant product and project management experience with ability to apply techniques proportionately to a complex and multiple set of projects and support others in effective product management and delivery
- experience and confidence using Agile product delivery techniques, with ability to contribute to building our capacity in Agile delivery and our user-centred design approach
- excellent organisation and planning skills and experience of dealing with conflicting demands, meeting challenging deadlines, and working under pressure
- excellent interpersonal skills to establish credibility and build effective working relationships with project teams, colleagues, and stakeholders
- highly developed communication negotiation, influencing, mediation, facilitation, and presentation skills
