Our main site is the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, which provides psychiatric and mental health services, including treatment for learning disabilities and dementia, and a wide range of specialist services.

The medical education role will involve working within a supportive team supervised by Dr Rob Waller, Consultant Psychiatrist and NHS Lothian Undergraduate Lead for REAS. SCFs will take a role in the development and implementation of medical teaching for medical students. This will include small group tutorials and bedside teaching sessions, in addition to working on strategies to improve the student experience and increase capacity in the service.
