NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.


We have three full-time Clinical Fellow posts at ST3 level (or equivalent) based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Queen Elizabeth University Hospital commencing from August 2025 for a period of 12 months. You will receive opportunities in general and subspecialty urology at a level based on previous experience. There will also be ample opportunity to participate in audit and translational research as part of our Academic Urology department headed by Professor Hing Leung. There will be a minimum clinical commitment of 80% for these posts.

To practise medicine in the UK you need to hold both GMC full registration and a Licence to Practise.

The CREST form must be completed by a consultant who has worked with you for a minimum continuous period of three months whole-time equivalent wholly within the 3.5 years prior to the advertised post start date for which you are applying.
