Business Support Administrator – Band 3

Hours: 37 hours

Location: Summerfield House

An opportunity has arisen to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Business Support Administrator within the Public Health Business Support Hub.

Our Business Support Administrators offer a broad range of skills and experience, if you can offer some or all of these, we’d love you to apply:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and confidently at all levels (both verbally and in writing)
  • Customer focused with a flexible problem-solving attitude
  • Committed to the delivery of excellence
  • Experience of working collaboratively and flexibly within a multi-disciplinary team, and across other areas and departments
  • Experience of arranging and supporting meetings
  • High attention to detail in all aspects of your work
  • Proven track record using Microsoft packages (in particular MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Forms) confidence in learning and using other specialist software
  • Ability to implement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, care and compassion when dealing with others, utilising tact and persuasion skills when necessary
  • Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workloads, to meet strict deadlines
