We seek a driven individual to join our Adult Acute Admissions Inpatient Team which is a dynamic multidisciplinary team within Ward 2, Queen Margaret Hospital.
Ward 2 provides acute inpatient mental health care to a mixed population of up to 30 patients within our hospital site at Whitefield Road, Dunfermline.
You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, adopting a pro-active, therapeutic person centred approach to care delivery. You will work alongside registered nurses, occupational therapists and other members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver care to a patient group who experience a range of mental health problems which may impact on their wellbeing, safety and day to day functioning. You will be expected to contribute to the assessments and delivery of care in a person centered manner following guided evidence based practice. You will be expected to work autonomously at times following direction and as part of a team.
