We have an exciting and challenging opportunity to join our small, enthusiastic Health Improvement Team within the Public Health Directorate. The service is responsible for ensuring availability of culture / age / language-appropriate, accurate and up to date health information and resources to the general population and health professionals, informing and supporting health improvement work in line with NHS Highland and National priorities, sourcing and recommending appropriate resources and contributing to the development of local processes / resource materials when required.

You will deliver a service to professionals and the general public within NHS Highland and will also provide clinical services such as free condom by post scheme and postal sexual sampling kits. This requires excellent communication and administration skills. Candidates must be proficient at using systems such as Microsoft Excel. This post also involves frequent manual handling of resources and can be very strenuous due to the nature of the job.
