The Edinburgh Primary Care Team provides a variety of support to meet the challenges across Primary Care in Edinburgh and the wider system. The Project Support Manager will aid with the initiation, management, and reporting of a variety of projects across Primary Care. A large proportion of projects are quality improvement projects and applicants should have proven experience in evaluation, and the analysis and reporting of data. The post holder will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of operational projects (for example, relating to infrastructure, service delivery and service re-design). Applicants should therefore have experience in supporting different aspects project delivery, including project planning, tracking and reporting, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

Experience in a larger organisation setting in a fast moving environment is desirable, as are qualifications and/or training in quality improvement.

The post is permanent and will report to the Primary Care Evaluation and Insight Manager.
