We are currently looking to recruit Band 2/3 Healthcare Support Workers into a number of post’s across Neurosciences wards 23A and 23B, Ninewells Hospital. Full time and part time posts are available.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of patient centred care. You will play an important role in our patient’s journey, and will assist qualified staff in the care and treatment of patients who have a wide range of complex neurological conditions.

Excellent communication skills are essential, you must be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as on your own initiative. Experience working in a caring role or environment is essential.


You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of work are: Full time: 148 hrs per month (11.5 hr shifts) day and night rotation. Part-time from 23hs per week will be negotiable.
