This is a fixed term/secondment, part time position of 22.2 hours for 12 months. (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

The shift pattern is 3 over 7.

A secondment opportunity is available within Renfrewshire HSCP to join our community treatment & care team service and a co-ordinator 3 days per week for a 12 month period. The post holder will be responsible for providing support and management to our local treatment rooms and phlebotomy service. Under the clinical team lead you will be accountable for the co-ordination of treatments, clinics and staff within a defined geographical area.

You will be an experience 1st level registered nurse who can provide evidence of ongoing professional development, leadership and management skills. Previous experience of primary care, community or working in a clinic setting would be advantageous. The post holder will function as an autonomous practitioner by virtue of in depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience in leading and enabling the community treatment & care clinics nursing teams.

The post holder will be based in Renfrew Heath and Social Work Centre, will provide reciprocal cover and will be required to work flexibly in terms of wider location to support the wider primary care service.

A clean current full driving license is required
