We require an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our ICT Desktop Support team on a permanent basis. You will become involved in all aspects of the team’s workload across various projects and the day-to-day end user support.
You must have experience of supporting current Windows Desktop environments and providing technical support to large scale ICT infrastructure projects along with a strong customer service ethic and excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Being able to work on your own or as part of several dynamic teams, having excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and being able to liaise with 3rd party contractors is crucial
You will have a HNC/HND or equivalent in a computer related subject.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
