Recruitment Services Assistant - Band 3

(Fixed Term/*Secondment for 12 months


This is an excellent career opportunity to gain and develop experience in the Human Resources department based at Ninewells Hospital. This position will suit those who enjoy the challenge of working in a fast moving recruitment environment.

The post-holder will undertake a number of recruitment/admin tasks using a number of HR systems including Jobtrain and spreadsheets. Therefore it is essential that the post-holder is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Experience of working in an recruitment/admin environment is essential for this role.


The post-holder should have good communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
