8am – 3pm shift pattern working a 4 day on 4 day off rota (6 month fixed term contract)
Are you interested in being part of the East Ross Care at Home & Enablement Team based in Invergordon? If so this is the post for you.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual seeking a post as an Enablement Worker within East Ross. This post will see you working across the more rural areas of the East Ross district. This post will involve the successful applicant providing assistance or support to people in their own homes.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a self-motivated and dynamic approach. Applicants should have good team working abilities, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering personalised care whilst ensuring health and social care standards are maintained along with NHS values.
Experience is not required, as full training and induction will be given.
Requirement to be registered with the Scottish Social Service Council within 6 months of appointment.
Applicants should ideally have an SVQ2, if not, you will have the opportunity to complete your SVQ in Health & Social Care.
You will be expected to travel between various locations, so a full, current drivers licence and use of your own vehicle is essential. Travel expenses available
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
