NHS Tayside is establishing a Project Management Office that will serve as a central source of support for all major corporate programmes, projects, and public inquiries.

There is an opportunity for 2 postholders to join the team to support the development of project management processes, practices, clear governance routes, reporting structures and knowledge management functions.

This role will see you support project managers in the day-to-day running of corporate programmes, projects, and public inquiries, providing important administrative duties as well as facilitating the sharing of information and maintaining document management processes and systems.

The postholders will communicate with and support a range of internal and external stakeholders involved in corporate programmes, projects and public inquiries including, but not limited to, frontline services, Chief Executive Team members, the Central Legal Office, other NHS Boards, patients and their families and other members of the public.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of work are: 37 per week, however part-time and flexible working patterns will be considered.
