Temporary Practice Nurse Vacancy

Bennochy Medical Centre

5-10 Hours per week for 3 months

We are looking to add to our existing team of Practice Nurses, who are helping the practice cover an absence, with someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering outstanding nursing care to our practice population. Bennochy Medical Centre is in central Fife, easily commutable from Edinburgh and many areas outside Fife.

You will deliver a complete chronic disease service (respiratory, cardiovascular disease and diabetes) and Practice Nurse service to our patients.

Essential for this role:

• Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Hold chronic disease qualifications, specialising in respiratory, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.

Desirable for this role:

• Cervical screening qualification
• Spirometry, wound care, immunisations, ear irrigation and stock ordering experience.
