The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday.
Please note the salary is pro rata for part time hours.
An 18.5hrs vacancy for a B8A Principal Clinical or Counselling Psychologist has arisen within the Psychological Therapies Groups Service (PTGS), where you’ll deliver evidence-based psychological therapy group programmes, provide supervision of the delivery of other staff’s psychological therapies and contribute to the further development of, and evaluation of, the service. You’ll join a highly motivated team of Psychologists, Psychological Therapists and Admin staff to deliver a high quality, psychological therapies service to a high volume of service users. You’ll be supervised and line managed by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and you’ll be part of the South Glasgow Psychology Dept where you’ll benefit from support and access to CPD opportunities.
You’ll be required to provide clinical placements to trainees undertaking the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology therefore you’ll have completed, or be eligible for, formal training in the supervision of others that is recognised by the DClinPsy programme. Trainee Clinical or Counselling Psychologists due to qualify soon are welcome to apply.
