An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare support worker with, effective communication skills to join our friendly team in the Children’s Specialist Renal, Bowel and Bladder Service. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the Tayside team assisting within this field of practice, to enhance, develop and support this service.

You must be able to demonstrate knowledge in this role, including an understanding of team working.

You will be expected to assist the team in delivering a high standard of nursing care, communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team. The post requires you to have problem solving skills, good listening skills.

The HCSW will provide assistance where needed during periods of leave and workload pressures.

The post will be based in within Children’s Services, which includes NHS Suite Kingspark School, Dundee and Tayside Children’s Hospital, Dundee. The ability to travel/work across Tayside and the surrounding area is essential.
