Salaried GP (6–8 Sessions)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our practice team. The post is offered at 6–8 sessions per week; however, we are committed to flexible working and would be happy to consider alternative working patterns for the right candidate.
We offer:
- A varied role across four practices serving approximately 5,500 patients.
- A base within the modern Balfour Hospital, Kirkwall.
- Ideally Flexible working and rota arrangements.
- A supportive multidisciplinary team with opportunities to develop specialist interests.
- GP training practice with protected administrative time and strong peer support.
- Unique rural medicine experience through our branch surgeries in Shapinsay and North Ronaldsay, supported by resident ANPs.
- Daisy Villa Medical Practice is a 20 minute drive from Kirkwall with a supportive and experienced team on site.
Our team includes 4 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs, 1 ANP, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Healthcare Assistant, and an experienced administrative team, with additional support from the wider PCIP team.
