PROJECT TEAM MANAGER (West Port)

NHS Lothian is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to support the Mental Health Transformation Programme, with a particular focus on the redesign of urgent and unscheduled mental health care pathways.

This is a key role supporting the delivery of improvements to how mental health urgent care is accessed and experienced across the Lothian system. The post holder will work alongside a range of operational and clinical leads across acute sites, HSCPs, emergency services and third-sector partners.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering change within a complex system, ideally within health or social care. Strong project management, communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work with data and manage competing priorities.

This post is offered on a fixed-term or secondment basis for 18 months. NHS applicants are encouraged to discuss secondment options with their line manager prior to applying.
