As part of NHS Tayside’s Public Health Directorate, the Central Vaccination Service plays a key role in health protection and health promotion. In collaboration with other services and through a multidisciplinary approach, the Central Vaccination Service provides expert advice and delivery of all vaccines provided by the NHS. The team deliver several vaccination programmes to all ages across Tayside, including in community-based clinics, outreach & rural clinics, as well as in care homes and home visits. As a Health Care Support Worker Vaccinator, you will be supported through a comprehensive induction and training programme to develop your knowledge and skills in vaccination.

You will work both independently and collaboratively within a busy clinic environment, delivering vaccinations as delegated by a registered Nurse/Midwife Vaccinator, as part of the wider team.

We are considering candidates who can commit to a minimum of 18 hours per week over a 12-week period from end of September and mid December 2025.

Shift times are 08:30-18:00, Monday-Friday, with possible Saturday work available.
