An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and caring individual to join our team within Campbeltown Hospital as a Senior Health Care Support Worker.
The ward has 15 beds and cares for acute admissions with input provided by a multidisciplinary team.
The Health Care Support Worker is required to work flexibly across the ward, A&E and outpatient clinics ensuring that safe and person-centred care is delivered.

Strong interpersonal skills and a considerate manner are essential along with good team working and communication skills.
Previous experience in nursing or caring role is desirable.
The ability to meet competing demands while maintaining a high standard of patient care is essential.

There are opportunities within Argyll & Bute to engage with development opportunities, the HSCP has an established program that supports staff to undertake nurse training through the Open University.

The postholder will work as part of a 24/7 rotating roster.
