We are currently recruiting Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers to join our Emergency Departments across a number of hospital sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, supporting patients and clinical teams at the heart of emergency care.

What You’ll Do

  • Support registered nurses and medical staff in caring for acutely unwell patients
  • Assist with personal care, observations, and basic clinical tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment
  • Contribute to team-based, patient-centred care in high-pressure situations

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who:

  • Have experience in a healthcare or care environment (hospital or community)
  • Are compassionate, adaptable, and committed to high-quality patient care
  • Can remain calm and focused in a busy and sometimes emotionally challenging setting
  • Are eager to learn and develop new clinical skills
  • Are able to start immediately
