This is a full time permanent contract for a band 5 occupational therapist within a multi disciplinary Adult Community Mental Health Team. Responsibilities will include mental health/occupational therapy assessment and treatment for individuals and groups residing in the south side of Glasgow. Also required will be a knowledge of care for adults with mental health difficulties and appropriate interventions. The successful applicant will be confident with their core occupational therapy skills and will have effective verbal and written communication skills. You will receive professional support and supervision from a senior occupational therapist, will gain access to appropriate training and maintain your continued professional development. It is essential you have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy with current (or pending) HCPC registration. This post requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
