Estates Asset & Systems Officer
PERMANENT POST
37 hrs/week
Band 5 = £33,247 - £41,424
Plus, Distant Islands Allowance of £1,459 per annum
27 days annual leave rising to 33 days plus 8 public holidays.
The Estates Asset & systems Officer will be part of a multi-skilled team within the Estates Department. The role includes managing the data relating to statutory maintenance and testing of assets, utilising various asset management software systems. Maintain, update and manage all building & schematic CAD and other drawings, ensuring they are up to date and accurate at all times. Carry out regular audits and surveys to ensure that all asset data is correct and that planned maintenance schedules are relevant.
The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme.
The successful candidate will need to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full time employment or up to six months for part time workers. For further information see www.hcswtoolkit.nes.scot.nhs.uk.
