Specialist Trauma Service
Clinical / Counselling Psychologist Band 8A
18.4 hours (0.5 WTE) fixed term contract for 12 months
Location: Rivers Centre, Fountainbridge
Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist that would suit an individual interested in working within a specialist trauma service.
You will be involved in providing a highly specialist service to a wide range of adult clients. The department delivers a range of psychological interventions to emergency service personnel and others working in high risk occupations across Scotland.
The Rivers service is NHS Lothian’s specialist Trauma Centre and provides clinical, consultancy and research services.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record.
