An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Healthcare Support Worker to become part of our small welcoming team at the Town and County Hospital in Wick.

We are looking for a motivated, caring and courteous person to help us provide good quality, innovative care and support to patients, including Palliative care, slow stream rehabilitation and complex discharge planning.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, a team player and have good communication and self awareness.

Experience in care of the elderly/rehabilitation and end of life preferable

This is a full-time permanent post of 37 hours per week, covering across a 7-day rota and working 12.5 hour shifts on rotational contract, in accordance with service requirements. Job-share candidates will also be considered.
