The Willow Service and the Prisons Psychology team are seeking to recruit to 1WTE Assistant Clinical Psychologist.

Willow is a partnership between City of Edinburgh Council and NHS Lothian.

Our multidisciplinary team work with women at all stages of the criminal justice system and aims: to reduce offending; improve health and well being; and improve access to services. Willow offers a range of bespoke individual and group work services.

The Prisons Psychology team is an NHS based service that works with men currently resident in one of two prisons, HMP Edinburgh and HMP Addiewell. The service works to provide high quality direct and indirect psychological assessments and interventions for prison residents with mental health difficulties.

The post holder will be expected to work across three settings: the Willow Centre in Edinburgh, HMP Edinburgh and HMP Addiewell.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record.
