An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team.

We provide the administration for the effective and efficient use of supplementary staffing in NHS Tayside.

We are looking for an individual who would be interested in supporting the Systems Administrative team within the Staff Bank Office, Ninewells.

Bank workers are available to undertake work in a casual capacity to fill a temporary staffing shortfall or to assist with peak periods of activity. Bank workers have no entitlement to guaranteed work and NHS Tayside has no obligation to guarantee work, because there is no mutuality of obligation to provide or undertake work.

This role would be primarily supporting the Direct Engagement team, with data entry, payroll, invoicing, record management and agency locum bookings.

You will be required to commit to 2 weeks full time orientation (Mon to Fri) for you to be able to continue with shifts.

Previous experience with electronic systems & customer service is essential and NHS administrative experience is desirable.

Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

We are unable to provide Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for bank employment.
