Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two HR Administrators supporting the Pay, Policy and Terms and Conditions section based at Lister Street, Crosshouse Hospital.
Position 1: 37 hours per week, permanent
Position 2: 37 hours per week, for a period of 3 months with possibility of extension

What you will do:

You will provide administrative support to the team for Job Evaluation, Policy and Terms and Conditions related work.

The role will include, for example, co-ordination of panels/meetings; notification of results; providing advice on process/responding to queries; system administration, producing reports, notetaking, SSTS administration, distribution of circulars.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You will need an HND in administration or equivalent experience with excellent keyboard skills and experience of working with Word, Excel and Teams.

Excellent organisational skills, coupled with a high level of attention to detail are essential for this role, as are good communication and interpersonal skills.
