A vacancy has arisen within the Treasury Department, Financial Services, split site Falkirk Community Hospital & Forth Valley Royal Hospital, main base Falkirk Community Hospital.

As part of a small team you will be responsible for the processing of all transactions on the debtors sub ledger within the financial management system, ensuring that all invoices and cash are recorded timeously and that the debtors accounts are accurate and up to date at all times.

The role is also responsible for ensuring cross-boundary purchase invoices are checked and verified in a timely manner before being passed for payment approval.

Cover for Cash office staff absence at FVRH is also part of this role

Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, you should have a good working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages.

Ideally you will be educated to HNC level or equivalent.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
