An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our team in the development of our Community Treatment and Care Service within the South Locality including Hubs in St Margaret’s, Crieff and Bridge of Earn and some in-reach to more rural GP Practices. Cover across the South Locality will be expected.
The post holder will contribute to the work of the Community Treatment and Care Services team in providing the highest quality of healthcare, in the running of a variety of clinics including management of wounds, phlebotomy, chronic disease monitoring, leg ulcer assessment and management, anticoagulation, phototherapy and minor injuries.
Working with a diverse caseload, you will work with the team along with other service professionals, to meet the needs of patients providing safe holistic, patient centred and evidence based care.
You will work in partnership, based on the values of the organisation, with other agencies, patient’s carers and relatives as we work towards enhancing the community multi disciplinary team and integrated models of working.
Applicants must have a positive attitude to change and endeavour to deliver high standards of patient care. You should have evidence of continuing development pertinent to the role although we are committed to delivering and supporting ongoing training and development.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register

Hours of work are: 22.5 hours.
