We are looking for an individual, to provide full and comprehensive administrative support within the pharmacy service, with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Previous administrative/secretarial experience is essential together with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Extensive IT skills, including Staffnet, Excel, MS Teams and web administration will be required as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision
The post will provide support to an expanding General Practice Team in Perth and Kinross as well as support across the wider General Practice teams in Dundee and Angus.
The post holder will also have the opportunity to develop and establish databases for the Pharmacy service in relation to key service priorities. Development of innovative communication formats and website development will also be a key component of the role.
You will form part of the overall administration team for Pharmacy working across various sites and to support on the Perth Royal Infirmary site as well as being part of the overall Pharmacy administration team across NHS Tayside.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
