1 x permanent post, 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5
This is an opportunity for appropriately qualified and enthusiastic applicants, to join the Business Support Team within HSCP North West Sector. Main base will be Maryhill Health Centre but will cross cover other sites within NW locality when required. The post holder will support the Assistant Business Support Manager to provide day to day supervision to allocated business support staff and caretaking staff. The post holder will provide support in the day to day management of a number of sites within the sector, ensuring a safe environment for patients, contactors and staff Applicants will demonstrate good communication and organizational skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
Daily workload will be varied and interesting with a range of administration tasks as outlined in the job description and delegated by Assistant Business Support Manager and the Business Support Manager. Knowledge of Microsoft Packages is essential and experience of working with EMIS system desirable. Evidence of experience or ECDL qualification essential. Experience of working with staff rosters an advantage Driving Licence desirable but not essential, applicants will be expected to travel to other sites within North West Locality when required.
