Domestic Assistant
Band 2 - £25,694 to £27,900 pro rata
Plus £1,406 Distant Island Allowance pro rata
14.8 hrs per week
Permanent
5.30pm – 8.30pm

We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Assistant post, to join our Domestic Services Team at the Health Board Offices, South Beach Street, Stornoway, HS1 2BB.
The successful candidate will provide will be required to undertake a wide range of cleaning duties associated with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness always ensuring that a high-quality service provision. The work will be within the Renal Unit and other areas when required.
The successful candidate will need to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full-time employment or up to six months for part time workers. For further information see www.hcswtoolkit.nes.scot.nhs.uk
The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme. This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
