Are you looking for a change in lifestyle whilst having a fulfilling career? Do you want to work in one of the most stunning areas of natural beauty in the UK and make a real difference to your local community providing a high standard of nursing care?

We are looking for experienced Band 3 Health Care Support Workers to join our established nursing team at Broadford Hospital. You should already be able to demonstrate the clinical skills required for this post. We work closely with our sister hospital in Portree so there will be an opportunity for you to work in both hospital sites.

This permanent post supports our vision of a highly skilled, experienced, flexible workforce that has knowledge and skills in delivering modernised services. You would be part of a dedicated professional nursing Team delivering a high standard of nursing care on a mixed medical admissions ward. The work is dynamic and varied due to our rural community and it being a popular holiday destination.

One of our Service's top priorities is nurturing the next generation of staff. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic person dedicated to delivering high quality care to the local community. You will be working with and supported with development by a Band 7 Senior Charge Nurse, Band 6 senior staff nurses and work alongside Staff Nurses and Health Care Support Workers. They will provide you with expert advice on patients with any complex issues and developing sound clinical practice.

We have a variety of full and part time posts available that include an Internal rotation of day and night duties. If you’re not looking for a permanent contract at this point in time then we would welcome applications for Band 3 nurses to join our bank scheme.
