Angus Community Stroke Team
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Angus Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team within the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership. The stroke Team are based in Whitehills, Forfar and Arbroath Infirmary covering the whole of the Angus locality. The post holder will be required to work across Angus. This post will involve both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy duties. You will work closely with both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy teams and within the multi-disciplinary team. You will have the ability to liaise effectively with the multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team within the locality and will be able to work independently. The post holder will provide high quality rehabilitation to patients in their own home or as an outpatient in various sites across Angus. A requirement of the post is previous experience as a PT/OT support worker at Band 3 level and experience in a rehab setting would be advantageous.

Hours of work are: 37 hours. (part-time hours considered). Fixed Term/Secondment until 31.3.26.
