An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Secretary Supervisor to provide an efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Paediatric Consultants and their clinical team. This role will include typing, which must be produced to a high level with accuracy and attention to detail.


High levels of concentration are required in this challenging but rewarding environment and requires the ability to manage own workload with a degree of autonomy, forward plan and problem solve when required.


We are keen to hear from people who have previous secretarial/administrative experience and possess excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of NHS systems is desirable. The successful candidate should have a pleasant and friendly manner with excellent communication skills.


Hours of Work: 37.00 hours Monday-Friday


You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
