This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual to provide a high level of professional, comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support service to the Associate Director of Facilities.

We are looking for an organised team player who can undertake a wide range of administrative functions. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a busy, dynamic and demanding environment, which incorporates a diverse and complex range of operational services within NHS Tayside. You will maintain confidentiality at all times and manage a significant amount of conflicting priorities.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
