Are you passionate about supporting the development of Nurses and Midwives? Do you have a passion for clinical education and practice facilitation? The NHS Forth Valley is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Education Facilitator to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Practice Education Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of clinical education. You will work closely with students, educators, and clinical staff to ensure effective learning environments, support professional development, and promote best practice in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support the delivery of clinical education programs.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions, clinical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance to students and newly qualified staff.
  • Promote continuous professional development and reflective practice.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of education standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with NMC PIN.
  • Experience in clinical education, mentorship, or facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to promoting high standards of clinical practice and learning.
