Bayview Day Centre is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Lead to join the team. This exciting post will be responsible for leading a team of staff who support vulnerable adults within a Day Centre setting.

You will contribute to the daily activities of people attending the Centre and are required to work in a person centred and inclusive way to promote quality of life, social connections, increased independence and cognitive stimulation for all service users.

To be able to carry out the duties of this post effectively and safely, candidates should be able to provide evidence of good basic education, effective written communication and report writing skills.

Applicants should have experience in working with people in a care setting, Minimum of SVQ 3 in Social care or equivalent and a commitment to achieving SVQ level 4 in Social Care or equivalent. Candidates must also be prepared to undertake Administration of Mediation training and any other relevant training necessary for their role. All training is provided by the NHS.

This is a permanent 37 hours per week post, worked in accordance with service requirements.
